I see transformational coaching as eliciting the internal map of my clients in terms of their filters, blind spots, and worldviews that operate mostly outside of conscious awareness, yet drive their behaviours to an uncomfortable extent.

Transformational coaching is focused on much more than surface behaviours. It illuminates what most likely actually drives the surface.

 

We reveal the underlying motivations, making the invisible visible and the unconscious conscious.
