I had the chance to be coached by Bernard during a 2-year executive leadership coaching programme (2020-2021). Bernard guided me through the different development tools he offers. The "Immunity to Change" tool was particularly impactful for me as it allowed me to resolve some of my own limitations and beliefs. The AQAL model "All Quadrants All Lines" also helped me a lot to see the big picture. Bernard has helped me to grow in my leadership role, to better understand how I function and to put into words who I am and what I value as a human being. Through this programme, I have grown in my self-awareness and my leadership skills; and I have also fully realized how important it is to make time for my own development and for organizational reflections.
