Bernard was the coach of Pharmacelera’s top management for the SME Instrument EU program. He showed a lot of energy during all sessions and he was very good at observing us as a team and providing insights and propose exercises to improve our work as such. Although we agreed on an initial agenda, Bernard was very sharp and flexible to perceive our needs after our first face-to-face conversations and adapt it. We were very happy with the outcome of the coaching sessions and his proposed follow-up actions.
