Phase 1: 360° Evidence-Based Coaching We move beyond subjective opinions using a multi-source, data-driven methodology. Validated Assessment: Utilization of professional psychometric surveys or leadership profiling tools to be defined. BC team founder is Occupational Testing Level A (2004) and certified in various psychometrics tools MBTi, Belbin Team Roles (Master Trainer in Ireland)..etc Stakeholder Interviews: Anonymous confidential structured interviews with peers, reports, and superiors to identify blind spots. Targeted Strategy: 6 hours of one-on-one online coaching to bridge developmental gaps and align with company goals. Phase 2: The Feedforward Add-On (Complimentary Growth) Traditional feedback analyses the past; Feedforward builds your future. This add-on shifts the focus from "hoping people notice" your growth to circa 80% coworker-verified improvement. Stakeholder Partnership: Your team becomes active partners in your success, providing 5–10 actionable ideas for future effectiveness. Learning coaching plan based on actionable suggestions. Future-Focused: Eliminates defensiveness by focusing on potential rather than past mistakes. Verified Results: Includes 4–6 additional stakeholder interviews and 2.5 hours of targeted strategy sessions over 3 months. Investment Details: Our coaching engagements are structured as a minimum 6-hour package of online, one-on-one sessions. A 50% booking deposit is required to initiate the program, with packages starting from €750 (3hrs block). Leadership profiling tools to be defined or Add-on extra for Phase 1.
