Using BC Team Coaching AQAL systemic team coaching approach, the session helps teams strengthen the three conditions that drive execution: alignment, mindset, and capability. The workshop explores three critical areas of performance: Individual leadership Clarify how personal mindset, behaviours, and leadership values shape decision-making, accountability, and day-to-day execution. Team alignment Surface gaps in communication, trust, roles, and culture so the team can reduce friction, work more cohesively, and stay aligned around shared priorities. Business systems Review whether internal ways of working, structures, and go-to-market thinking are strong enough to support growth and respond effectively to market demands. This is a practical, interactive session built to help teams think more clearly, collaborate more effectively, and make better strategic choices together. It is particularly valuable for teams that are scaling, navigating change, or needing to reconnect around a common direction. The workshop also uses the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method to support deeper reflection and more productive conversations. Through guided model-building and storytelling, participants develop fresh insight, strengthen shared understanding, and uncover solutions to real business challenges in a structured and engaging format.
