Description: This introductory one-day workshop provides a holistic approach to understanding and addressing challenges within complex systems like startups or corporate functional areas. Based on Ken Wilber's Integral Model, AQAL systemic coaching helps to identify and address misalignments across a system. The workshop focuses on four key areas: • Consciousness (I): This area focuses on the interior world of individuals, including self-awareness, values, and motivations. • Leadership Competencies (IT): This quadrant addresses outward actions and skills, such as leadership styles, decision-making, and communication. • Culture (WE): This focuses on the collective team and organizational culture, including communication, collaboration, and psychological safety. • Systems (ITS): This area deals with the external environment and organizational structures, such as market conditions, regulations, and reporting lines. By considering these dimensions, the coaching helps leaders to develop self-awareness and refine practical skills, while also bridging gaps between departments and clarifying roles: • In a years’ time if you were successful, what would I see, feel, notice in this team that you’re not seeing today? • What could you be achieving together that is more than what you are doing at the moment? • What are some of the challenges we would need to overcome together?
